What are the booking conditions and the cancellation policy?
Payment on the spot at check-in or check-out. We don’t require any payment in advance. When you make a reservation, we will contact your credit (or debit) card company to confirm that the card you are using is valid and hasn’t been reported lost or stolen. At this time, we may also check to see if the card has enough money to cover the transaction. This is communicated in the form of a pre-authorisation for the full amount of your reservation.
We will not however proceed with the charge. If you would like to see if your credit card has been pre-authorised, you could see it on your account summary because your available balance will be reduced temporarily by the amount of the reservation.
It is to be noted that no hotel booking will be taken into consideration unless a credit card number and expiry date is provided.
If cancelled up to 3 days before the arrival date no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
How can I change or cancel a reservation?
It is very easy via our “booking” page: click on the sentence “View or cancel a booking”. You will have to write your reservation number and your email and you will be free to cancel. Please remember to check our cancellation policy before making any changes to your reservation. In case of “non refundable” rooms or special deals, the cancellation policy could be different.
Where can I park my car ?
Free public parking is available at the hotel from 20:00-08:00.
Parking permits are available at £7.50 per day during the day.
Is WIFI available at the hotel ?
Free Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel – code keys can be given at the reception desk.
What does breakfast consist of ?
Complimentary light breakfasts are available daily, and include cereal, orange juice, milk and tea/coffee.
Are there any restaurants/bars close to the hotel ?
Beaconsfield hotel is located on the Green Lanes which is famous for cuisines, restaurants, fast food chains, supermarkets, coffee bars and the Arena shopping centre.
Do you offer a shuttle service to and from the airport?

Identification: A valid passport, photo ID or driver’s license is required for check-in.
Age: No one under the age of 18 can stay at the hotel without being accompanied by a responsible adult.
Payment: Cash and most major bank cards are accepted.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building. Smoking areas are available outside.
